1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use Seven Degrees, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, account identifier, delivery and billing details, order details, product selections, payment status and references, shipment and tracking information, refund or exchange information, and messages you send to customer support. Account passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are not stored as plain-text passwords in Seven Degrees customer profile tables.
2. How We Use Information
We use customer information to create and manage accounts, process and verify orders and payments, coordinate product fulfilment and delivery, provide order tracking, process cancellations, refunds and exchanges, respond to support requests, prevent misuse or fraud, maintain business and transaction records, and operate and improve the website.
3. Payments
Online payments are processed securely through our online payment provider. Seven Degrees receives payment-related status and transaction information needed to verify and manage an order or refund. Payment processing is also subject to the payment provider's own privacy and security practices.
4. Fulfilment & Delivery
Information necessary to fulfil and deliver an order may be shared with service providers involved in that transaction, such as fulfilment and courier/logistics providers. Seven Degrees limits operational sharing to information needed for the applicable service and does not intentionally expose internal commercial information that a service provider does not need.
5. Account Information
If you create a Seven Degrees account, authentication is handled through our account service and your Seven Degrees customer profile is linked to your authenticated user identifier. Signed-in order history is restricted to orders associated with that authenticated account.
6. Service Providers
We use third-party technology and service providers to operate parts of the store, including website hosting, authentication/database services, payment processing, email communications and, when activated, logistics services. These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services to Seven Degrees.
7. Data Retention & Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfilment, customer support, refunds and exchanges, account operation, record-keeping, dispute handling, fraud prevention and applicable legal or regulatory requirements. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You may contact Seven Degrees about your customer information or account. Some transaction and business records may need to be retained where required for legitimate business, dispute, accounting, payment or legal purposes.
