How do I place an order?
Browse our shop, add items to cart, fill in your shipping address, and pay via UPI. Once we verify your payment screenshot, we ship within 1–2 days.
How long does delivery take?
India-wide delivery in 5–7 business days. Metro cities usually 3–5 days. Your tracking ID will be available through order support once shipped.
What if my size doesn't fit?
We offer a 7-day (168-hour) exchange on unworn items — a missing tag never makes an item ineligible. Size exchanges are free — contact us through the support form. See our Returns page for full policy.
Is my payment information secure?
All payments go via UPI directly to our verified UPI ID. We never store your card or bank details. You only share your shipping address with us.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Not currently. We only accept UPI payments for faster processing and to keep prices low.
